What the platform brings together
The platform brings My Home, Daily Operations, ResiRota, Missing, Incidents, Hashtag Management and Medication/eMAR alongside the Daily Logbook and young person areas.
The aim is not to make the product look bigger for the sake of it. The aim is to show how care recording, daily operations, safe staffing and evidence review connect.
Why it matters
When the home is busy, staff need routes into the job they are trying to do. A manager might be checking safe staffing, a practitioner might be recording an update, and another member of staff might be following up a visitor, medication issue or rolled task.
Putting those routes around the daily record makes the platform easier to understand and easier to review.
