Implementation
Setup, onboarding, configuration and launch support are agreed before contract so there is no mysterious implementation invoice wandering in later.
Active development
ResiNotes is still evolving. Some areas remain beta and are clearly identified rather than being sold as finished before they are.
Longer commitments
Preferential terms can be agreed for longer commitments and multi-home organisations where appropriate.
You should know what is mature, what is beta and what is planned.
ResiNotes is a working platform, but development is active. Core operational areas are available now; some newer and deeper workflows remain beta while they are tested and refined. Planned work is kept separate on the roadmap.
